All products are carefully handmade in Morocco by skilled artisans. Due to the natural characteristics of stones and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of stones, slight differences between the product images and the actual item may occur

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Refund Policy
At LEGENDSTEP, all products are carefully inspected before shipping. Because of this, it is highly unlikely for us to send a damaged product
Damaged Products During Shipping
If a product arrives damaged during transportation,the customer may request a refund under the following conditions: • The customer must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package • Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be required • The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, LEGENDSTEP will issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: • If the product was damaged after being received by the customer • If the damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery • If the return request is made after 14 days
