Refund Policy
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
* Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
* Be in its original packaging
* Include all original tags and components

Please include your order number in your message. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Returns must be approved by LEGENDSTEP before the item is sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
LEGENDSTEP reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the return conditions stated in this policy.
Damaged Items
All LEGENDSTEP products are carefully inspected before shipment.
If your item arrives damaged during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
You may be asked to provide photos or videos of the damage.
If the damage is confirmed, we will issue either:
* a full refund
* a replacement item
Non-Refundable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
* Items that have been used or worn
* Items returned without original packaging
* Items reported after 14 days of delivery
Because our jewelry is handmade and crafted from natural materials, slight variations in color, pattern, or texture are normal and are not considered defects
